    Tierra del Fuego - Argentina

This 10,000 barrel per day GTL Plant located in Tierra del Fuego Argentina is one of our most intriguing opportunities

    • Due to environmental pressures, the cost of the derived fuels of the used petroleum for the transportation industry is increasing.
    • The GTL technologies are the attractive, new alternatives to produce ultra–low transportation fuels in sulfur for the years to come.
    • The chemical composition of natural gas is the reason for its wide acceptance since it is the cleanest fuel.
    • These synthetic products are a source of clean fuels for transportation without production associated with fuel oil.
    • The products can offer opportunities for future downstream investments, such as petrochemical facilities.

  • CONCLUSIONS

    • Natural gas is an abundant fossil fuel, that allows the application of efficient technologies and has environmental advantages in their use regarding other fuels.
    • Therefore, it reduces energy consumption and environmental impact, mitigating the effects of the energetic demands over the changing climate and sustainable development.

  • PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES

    1

    Exploration

Exploration and exploitation of hydrocarbons in USA and Latin America.

    2

    Sales

Cherokee Oil & Gas and Franklin Oil & Gas in a partnership have the capacity to provide drills in different capacities and characteristics.

    • Land or drill for mainland
    • Jack or perforation equipment of shore with retractile bases
    • Platforms
    • Submersible
    • Semisubmersible or Submersible
    3

    Commercializing Hydrocarbons

    Taking to market.

  • PROCESS

Franklin receives income over the life of project performing a supervisory role only

    Partner

Franklin purchases/acquires/leases partners in a specific project. Preferably a producing mine, a mine close to production or mine with advanced feasibility studies. Projects in the early stages of development should not be considered.

    Analyze

Franklin analyzes and technically approves the viability of the project based on the technical and financial merits of the property from the reserves, tenor, grade, volume, and operational difficulties standpoint. This approval must be done by experienced in season technicians and professional geologist not by businessman.

    Feasibility

Once the feasibility to develop the project is approved then the search and evaluation of prospective operators begin. These operators must have a proven track record, experience operating in the region, experienced in the type of operation to be implemented, proper equipment and personnel. The rigorous selection of operators must be approved by the board and not by a sole individual.

    Scheduling

Schedules of financing royalties and operational activities must be carefully prepared and negotiated

    Key Issues

    Near-term

    • Bullet point acquisition quality deposits
    • Identification of qualified operators
    • Won by One analysis of projects
    • Personal recognization
    • Project prioritization

    Long term

    • Isolate issues needing long term resolution
    • Consequences of decision postponement
    • Constant monitoring of processing strategy implementation
    •

    Funding

    • Funding schedules
    • Possibility and combination of financing vehicles
  • COMMUNITY

    Objectives

Promoting Sustainable Development in the neighboring region to the site involving the Communities in activities related to its productive nature. Participation in social and institutional development on the localities adjacent to the venture.

The basic principles of mining to achieve its objectives are:

    • The development of sustainable relationships with the government and authorities of the communities where they do the job.
    • Being a company active in the development of the communities where they develop exploration or exploitation.
    • Reduce environmental impact and work according to the rules governing the mining industry nationally.
